Our guarantee to you
You are at the centre of everything we do. To produce the finest handmade chocolates that are enjoyed by everyone who buys them. Whether they are bought to give as a gift or a gift to yourself if you're not completely happy then get in touch. We can only improve by knowing your opinion and listening to your comments.
We aim to respond to any messages within 24 hours. Please get in touch.
Our handmade Plymouth chocolates are freshly made and packed to order. We aim to dispatch the next working day of receipt of your order. 1st class orders will then take 2/3 days to be delivered from dispatch. 2nd class orders will take 4/5 days for delivery from dispatch. If you're short of time, then give us a call. We might be able to help, you never know?
We dispatch Monday to Friday (except bank holidays)
Please ensure you opt for the correct postage. We offer a local delivery charge of £1 for Plymouth post codes PL1/PL2/PL3/PL4/PL5/PL6. If you select this option but live outside of these post codes your order will not be dispatched.
There is a signature required for deliveries
We use Royal Mail UK signed for 1st and 2nd Class delivery at the check-out.
If you would like next day delivery then email or call and we can quote you for this service on a individual basis.
Although we follow strict EHO approved production processes, there is still a risk of cross contamination. All of our handmade chocolates are made in the same facility and may contain traces of NUTS & other ALLERGENS.
If for any reason there is a problem with an order that has been received by Loco About Cocoa you will be contacted prior to dispatch. Payment is taken at the time of order and any cancellations will take approximately 5 days to be refunded.
When offering promotions for our boxes of chocolates, there will separate Terms & Conditions. Additional savings can be made by signing up to our Newsletters. There is no cost to sign up and you can unsubscribe at any time. You will receive emails in advance of any website offers. You will receive additional savings on certain products. You will receive offers for bespoke boxes not available on the main website.
If you receive a product from us that has been damaged whilst in transit please contact us immediately. We will ask for the product and the packaging to be returned so please keep hold of it.
If you receive a wrong order, please contact us immediately and we will endeavor to correct it as soon as possible.
Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
